1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using oneStrukt (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Enlightir ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

oneStrukt is an AI-powered product architecture tool that generates app blueprints — including screens, flows, API structures, and design guidance — based on your input. The Service is provided "as is" and is subject to change.

3. Your Account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to harvest data from the Service.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.
  • Submit content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the app ideas and descriptions you provide. Blueprints generated by the Service using your input are yours to use commercially. We retain ownership of the Service itself, including all AI models, code, and design.

6. Payments & Refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated blueprints are suggestions only — we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enlightir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
