oneStrukt is operated by Enlightir ("we", "us", "our"). We provide an AI-powered product architecture tool that helps you blueprint apps before you build them. Our registered contact is privacy@onestruct.io.

2. What We Collect

We collect the following categories of data when you use oneStrukt:

  • Account data — name, email address, and password (hashed) when you register.
  • Usage data — blueprints you create, platform selections, and feature interactions.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and access logs.
  • Payment data — handled entirely by our payment processor; we do not store card details.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide, operate, and improve the oneStrukt service.
  • To authenticate your account and protect against fraud.
  • To send transactional emails (e.g. email verification, password resets).
  • To send product updates and newsletters — only with your explicit consent.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted sub-processors necessary to operate the service (hosting, authentication, payment processing, analytics). All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Blueprint data is retained for the lifetime of your account. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications.
  • Port your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication sessions. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt via Supabase Auth. We conduct regular security reviews.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify registered users by email of any material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
